A half day trip is a good idea if you'd like to get introduced to the local fishery and what it has to offer. You'll be fishing the nearshore and offshore waters for species like Gag Grouper, Wahoo, Cobia, Snapper, and more. Rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price of the trip. Live bait can be bought separately.

This trip is more for the experienced anglers that have already battled with big Grouper and Snapper while bottom fishing. We go to local artificial reefs and small wrecks that tend to hold big tasty bottom fish. If you are looking to bring home quality dinner, this is the trip to book. We provide all the bottom fishing gear including all the bait.

Our half-day trips run from 8 a.m. to noon and are focused on putting fish on the table. Most of the bottom fish we catch make for excellent table fare. Captain Scott happily will clean and pack up any fish for you to take home. Be sure to bring a cooler to keep your fish cool and your car free of the dreaded fish smell.
