St. Augustine Gag Grouper Fishing Charters

This is the most popular trip for offshore fishing in the spring, summer, and fall. The crew is fishing with light tackle for large game fish such as Shark, Tarpon, King Mackerel, and Cobia over 20 lbs. This trip might take you up to 11 miles offshore. A fishing license and gear are included. the prices are based on 3 passengers with an additional $50 per person for up to 5 passengers. also, with 5 passengers, it may get crowded depending on the size of the people. We set weight limit at 1000 lbs.

More time spent on the water means higher quantity and size of fish! You'll be targeting all sorts of Snapper, Grouper, Mahi Mahi, Kingfish, Cobia, Wahoo, and Barracuda. This trip will almost always produce keeper fish.

Departure time is flexible. Let the captain know before the trip if you would rather spend the time targeting sharks off the beach(seasonal), or head to the reefs and wrecks where you can try your hand at bottom fishing. Species you could target include Red Snapper, Flounder, Amberjack, and more. You'll need to bring food and other drinks with you (water provided) but all fishing gear and tackle are included in the price. Your fishing license for the day is also provided.

Trolling and some bottom fishing on this charter could take us up to 20 miles offshore to target Kingfish (Mackerel), Tarpon, Cobia, Snapper, Grouper, Triggerfish, and more. A maximum of 6 guests is allowed.
