Kenai Peninsula Halibut Fishing Charters

Enjoy a day of targeting Halibut out of the Halibut capital of the world! This full-day adventure will give you lots of moments to remember. All fishing equipment is included, you just need to bring your fishing license and packs some snacks and drinks for the day.

Halibut Trips 5-7 hours

Homer Alaska is the Halibut Capital of the world and every year thousand of fishermen travel from all over the world to catch these tasty fish. The limit in 2025 is 2 fish a day and one must be under 27'' long.

This is a shared trip approximately 8 hours in duration. We will target everyone's halibut limit and then based on what's in season and what's biting, we'll continue fishing for other species if there is time left in the day. This can include, rockfish, salmon, and pacific cod. If you want to catch halibut and have a great day fishing, this is your trip.

Go on a hunt for trophy Halibut on this up to 8-hour adventure. The captain will prepare all of the fishing equipment you'll need. Don't forget to bring your fishing license and pack your food and drinks for the day.

Go after all the species that are bitting. Our main targeted species on this trip are Halibut, Pacific cod(fish n chips) multiple species of rockfish and salmon!!! Have the whole boat to yourselves and enjoy a day on the water!

This is mainly a Halibut fishing trip and is a short run out to the fishing grounds. The average size of Halibut is around 30 pounds with occasional larger Halibut. This is a good trip for a quick limit.

Halibut full day charter. $20 federal halibut tax stamp is required for each angler and is available for purchase before getting underway on the day of your trip.

This is a shared trip, approximately 8 to 9 hours in length. Halibut is our primary target, and work to catch everyone's daily limit. Other bottom fishing species are targeted based upon time remaining in the day and what is biting. These bottom species can include rockfish, and pacific cod. Additionally, we may also target salmon via our unique fishing method of Mooching. If you want to catch halibut and have a great day fishing while enjoying Alaska, this is your trip.
