Seattle Rainbow Trout (Steelhead) Fishing Charters

6-7 hours of fishing for coastal Cutthroat Trout and landlocked Coho Salmon. We target these fish by trolling using downriggers and light tackle, making for hard fun fights on gorgeous wild fish. These fish have delicious red meat and taste just like salmon. There is a 5-fish limit per person, but we encourage anglers to only keep what they will eat. This is a naturally reproducing fishery, so it is up to the angler to ensure healthy angling opportunities in the future.

Target Coho Salmon also known as 'silvers' in freshwater locations. Trips will take place on the river. We will be using spinning rods, and will be casting/retrieving lures to entice a bite. This is an active fishery, where you will be catching the fish with a rod in your hand. We are not trolling. All caught fish will be filleted and bagged to take home.

Come fishing for Wild Steelhead in a heated drift boat! We will fish a puget sound river for your chance at a true trophy. These fish can be upwards of 20lbs and are highly sought after by anglers looking to check them off their bucket list! We will be using high end spinning rods and reels to catch these fish. This is strictly C&R fishing.

The most iconic fish on the pacific northwest. Capt. Jim's first love is fishing steelhead, fish some on washingtons most beautiful rivers in search of these elusive fish.

These unique AM or PM walk-and-wade trip focuses on Western Washington's beautiful alpine streams for wild Rainbow and Cutthroat Trout, with the occasional Brook or Brown trout depending on the system. While primarily a dry fly trip, I always carry some wet flies to match the cycles of the current hatch. The fish are often eager to eat, but good casts and covering water well still matter. Clients should be in decent shape and comfortable hiking and moving through uneven terrain in the mountains.

Walking Wade trips on the eastern Olympic Peninsula, fishing for Searun cutthroat, and summer steelhead. Later season bookings will also have an opportunity for summer chum salmon.
