Port Lavaca Redfish Fishing Charters

This morning fishing adventure will have you exploring the Matagorda Bay and surroudning areas. You'll go after inshore legends including Black Drum, Seatrout, and tasty Redfish. A great trip for anglers of all skill levels and families with children. Just pack drinks and snacks to keep you going. Please check with the captain if there is an extra fuel surcharge for offshore trips.

Spend your morning in the bays or at the Jetties. Jetty fishing will consist of bottom fishing for Trout, Redfish, Black Drum, and other species. Bay and back lake fishing will consist of drift, wade, or anchor up fishing for the same species.

Fish the bays in the Port O'Connor area using artificials, live or dead bait. Enjoy chasing Reds, Trout, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and Flounder on the flats or in the back bays. All gear is provided upon request (except for wade boots if you want to wade). All trips are plus bait.

Spend the morning targeting Redfish, Black Drum, Trout, Flounder, and other inshore species. You and Captain Billy will have a great time fishing various areas for 4 hours. The trip starts at 6:00 a.m. and comes with all the gear, fish cleaning, and bottled water.

A half day private trip lasting. The trip price includes rods, reels, tackle and drinks. 50-100$ additional charge for bat depending on number of clients. Beer is allowed in moderation. The captain reserves right to terminate the trip without a refund if any customer abuses alcohol. Enjoy 4 hours of fishing with your family or friends. Keep in mind that although beer drinking is allowed, Captain Joshua keeps the right to terminate the trip without a refund if alcohol is abused.

6am marina call for a fun filled day. We will be off the water before the heat of the day.

Our most popular option! Spend 5 action-packed hours hitting POC’s best reefs and shorelines for Redfish and Trout. I run a hard-working, professional boat focused on putting you on the fish. I provide all premium rods, reels, tackle, and bait. Back at the dock, I will fillet and bag your catch. Guests must provide their own snacks, drinks, sunscreen, and a personal cooler to transport fillets home. Perfect for anglers looking for a classic, high-quality Texas saltwater fishing experience!

Live Bait is extra and depends upon availability Trip is for 1-4 people but 5th and 6th anglers pays additional $100 EACH for the trip..note the boat gets pretty crowded with 4 grown-ups so if you have 5 or 6 it will be tight-not all can fish at the same time however if the extras are kids it's easier to manage There may be a fish cleaning charge depending upon the size of the catch.
