Southern California Rockfish Fishing Charters

This is the perfect fishing outing for experienced anglers, families, first time ocean anglers as well as those visitors who would like to spend all day fishing. We will fish the Offshore, Coronado Islands, Inshore kelp, 9 mile bank, or San Diego Bay where you can expect to target local species including rockfish, bonito, barracuda, yellowtail and more. A fuel surcharge of $300 will apply for Offshore trips or Coronado Islands.

On this 6-hour fishing trip, you will focus on fishing in San Diego Bay. You will target species which are in season, such as Halibut, various Bass, Barracuda, and other inshore species. Bait, ice, tackle, and fish cleaning are included in this trip for up to 6 people.

The waters of Dana Point are perfect for half day fishing adventures. Captain Corey and his crew will take you to the fish and also narrate the coast and surrounding areas. Expect to encounter species such as California Sheepshead, Barracuda, Mahi Mahi, Cod, Halibut, Rockfish, and more. Rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price of the trip. Departure times are flexible.

As the water cools down we will be fishing close to shore at hard bottom spots or fishing deep water. Deeper than 300' We can fish whatever you would like to do.

Eat a hearty lunch and head out in the afternoon to the local fish havens. The catch list has Barracuda, Rockfish, Yellowtail, Calico Bass, and many other species on it. The starting time can be changed.

Have more time for lines in the water! Target: Rockfish, Whitefish, Lingcod, Sheepshead, Bonito, Sea Bass, Yellowtail, and Halibut. Guaranteed catch for Rockfish & Whitefish. Best trip for keeping tasty fish to eat. Take your fillets to a local restaurant for cooking preparation!

This is a 6-hour trip to the Coronado Islands or the 9-mile bank with a chance at some yellowtail or bonita, or deep dropping for rockfish, lingcod, and sheephead. A valid passport and Mexican fishing licence is necessary for this trip.

A 10 to 12-hour trip fishing Catalina or Santa Barbara Island. You'll go after Yellowtail, Tuna, Calico Bass, White Seabass, Rockfish, Sheepshead, and whatever else might be around. As always, the species depend on the season and you can adjust your starting time.

6:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Coastal fishing for Rockfish, Halibut, Yellowtail, and Bass.

I’ll walk you through the online licensing processing. This trip requires additional permits and one must have a passport. The Coronado Islands are beautiful and have several options for quality fish! One of my favorite trips! Well go anywhere from 8-12 hours.
