Portland Coho Salmon Fishing Charters

You'll go after Coho and Chinook Salmon! Luckily, you don't have to go too far offshore to reach them, only 5 miles will do the trick. You could be trolling or bottom fishing. The captain uses fresh anchovies as bait. They will be prepared before the trip and included in the price.

This is a private trip for 1 guest. Get a taster of Salmon fishing on different waterways of Oregon and come home with a cooler full of tasty fillets. Chinook Salmon, aka the King, is your prey and they're voracious, especially from March to October. You'll have all the gear you need, so just buy a fishing license, and don't forget your favorite drinks and snacks.

You and the captain will start early and fish hard mainly targeting spring Chinook (King Salmon). Possible is a little catch and release Sturgeon fishing too if it's around. The captain will make it a fun trip!

August - September An impressive time fishing for fresh ocean Chinook and Coho Salmon entering into the estuary at the mouth of the Columbia River, commonly known as the Buoy 10 Fishery ('The Super Bowl of Salmon Fishing'). This is the most anticipated fishery of the year in the PNW. Book your trips and accommodations well in advance as prime dates fill fast.

We will either be fishing the iconic coastal rivers near Tillamook, Oregon or stay local fishing the beautiful Sandy or Clackamas Rivers. These are hands on fishing experiences. Casting bobbers and bait, beads or jigs. These raft trips are very unique and we can access some waters other simply can't because of the raft. Highly recommend these trips for two people to get away from some of the fishing pressure.

Full day trips last between 6 to 8hrs on the water

Experience the thrill of Fall Salmon fishing. Add the beautiful views of the Columbia River Gorge and it's sure to be an awesome experience. All gear provided as well as your catch cleaned, filleted and bagged.

This will be a 7-hour trip on the water. All gear needed for fishing will be provided (Safety equipment, rods, bait, tackle, expertise & education). Guests are required to purchase all necessary fishing licenses/tags before arrival (Guide will give further instructions upon booking). 1. Day or Annual angling license 2. Annual angling tag (only needed if purchasing your annual angling license; tag is included with your daily license purchase. 3. Columbia River Basin Endorsement (either day or annual).
