Crystal River Scallop Fishing Charters

This is a very unique experience. We do alot of casting with heavy tackle or we troll for these fish . They can be very strong. Max 2 people on these trips . Sharp hooks being casted sometimes require lots of space. Seasoned anglers only please. You can check my fishing report for a bit more info

If you and your group want a real down-home charter, book a trip with Finders Keepers Charters and spend the day with Captain Kevin Trahan. Capt. Kevin grew up in Citrus County and has fished these waters since 1982. He’s fully licensed and insured.

We will leave out of Fort island trail Crystal River and Scallop for a few hours. Then dry off on the ride to the fishing grounds. Where we will catch multiple species of good eating Gulf of Mexico fish. If you need Scalloping gear please let us know at booking.

We will be in 4-6 feet of water snorkeling for Scallops in crystal clear water. Equipment will be available, but please feel free to bring your own. Bring your own drinks and snacks. There will be a cooler with ice on the boat. Bring a cooler with ice to take your Scallops home. This trip is seasonal.
