(3/4 Day Trip – Island Fishing)

    Good Day on the Water

We were relative newbies especially to West Coast fishing and JT did a great job teaching us some of the fundamentals.

    (4 Hour Trip – Sunset&Night Fishing)

First time fishing and it was wonderful!!

We were a group of non experienced and some slightly more experienced people. The boat caption - Luke was very helpful in guiding us all. Robert, who was the main point of contact made sure all the arrangements and communication was seamless. Everyone managed to catch something and it was truly a wonderful experience going into sunset and watching the stars and coming back past midnight. I highly recommend this to all new and experienced people who love fishing

    Fun day on the water

Caught lots of fish & kept enough for an excellent dinner. Captain Larry put us on lots of fish & we had a great time. Will definitely book again next August when we’re out that way.

White Seabass is a prized sport fish known for stealthy bites and powerful runs. Anglers love White Seabass fishing for the challenge, the size of the fish, and the great table fare. These fish often prowl kelp edges, reef structure, and current lines, especially at dawn and dusk.

Common tactics include inshore fishing and nearshore reef fishing with live bait. Live squid is a favorite, along with anchovies or sardines. Many crews also slow-troll, drift, or cast jigs to cover water and find active schools.

Expect a hunt that rewards patience and good boat handling. Bites can be subtle, then turn into long, steady runs. This trip suits anglers who enjoy strategy as much as strength. Bring layered clothing, sun protection, polarized sunglasses, and non-slip shoes. A captain will provide tackle, but you can bring a trusted rod if allowed.

Before your trip, check local rules. You may need a fishing license or permit, and there can be specific seasons and harvest rules. Regulations can change, so confirm current requirements with local authorities or your captain.
