Pelican Island Hammerhead Shark Fishing Charters

This is our deep sea trip. We will take you out from 20 to 40 miles offshore.

In The Zone Fishing Charters takes you fishing around Galveston jetties and all the way up to the 100 mile mark to put you on the fish of a lifetime. Whether you’re on vacation with your family and want to chase Hammerhead Sharks or are bent on reel

Venture out past the Galveston jettys fishing 3 to 5 miles off the beach front targeting sharks varing from blacktips, spinners, sandbars, hammerhead and various other species that lurk in the area. The summer months into fall are the best time for these creatures sharks and fall coming into winter and spring is the best time to target large redfish AKA Bull Reds. Please be sure to bring your fishing license printed along with the tags for bull reds.

This trip will make your adrenaline go high! This trip can take you after giant Shark and Redfish and make the reels scream. Still, this is a great family-friendly trip and even kids can participate in the action. The departure times are flexible and you can start the trip in the morning or the afternoon.

Up to 4 people. This is a 8 hour trip where half the trip you will be fishing the jetties with small rods and the other half we go after sharks. We fish with live and dead bait. We supply fuel, ice, bait, rods / reels and tackle. We clean and bag your catch. All you need is food, beverage of choice, make sure to get your Fishing licenses prior to the trip.

This trip is specifically targeting sharks. We will head out past the jetties and have a blast catching a variety of sharks.

Ride out 10 miles into State Waters. Experience the excitement of catching a Jack Crevalle, Cobia, King, and other species found farther out. Enjoy the thrill of fighting a larger shark to share your ride back into shore.

This is an offshore experiance! Lets go catching!

Embark on a fantastic near shore fishing adventure departing from Galveston! This trip, bait included, takes about 40 min to reach our first site. We’ll troll a few lines on the way to the Vancouver Liberty Ship and Reefs off Freeport as well as some other, sunk wrecks, reefs and rigs along the way. This is excellent trip to get feet wet for offshore trips. Spend at least 4-6 hours fishing on-sites, then enjoy a swift return via the Freeport to ICW back to Galveston Yacht Marina. Fuel will be $100.
