Palacios Sheepshead Fishing Charters

This amazing 8-hour trip will consist of drift fishing the Matagorda Bay system for Redfish, Trout, Flounder, and more. The charter will cover all the necessary gear.

This 5 hour shared trip gives you a chance to fish an amazing bay complex, guided by a passionate and experienced captain. You can catch a variety of species such as Redfish, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and more. Capt. Chad fishes daily in both east and west Matagorda bays. He provides quality tackle, all you have to bring is a Texas state fishing license. *****Note: one pint of live shrimp is included. If your party wants more, then there are additional charges. Spend the afternoon targeting Speckled Trout, Redfish, Flounder, and other inshore species.

Fish the bays in the Port O'Connor area using artificials, live or dead bait. Enjoy chasing Reds, Trout, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and Flounder on the flats or in the back bays. All gear is provided upon request (except for wade boots if you want to wade). All trips are plus bait.

You'll be fishing East or West Matagorda bay for Trout, Redfish, Flounder, and Black Drum. The captain will prepare light tackle equipment, but you need to bring your fishing license, wading gear, snacks, and drinks.

A half day private trip lasting. The trip price includes rods, reels, tackle and drinks. 50-100$ additional charge for bat depending on number of clients. Beer is allowed in moderation. The captain reserves right to terminate the trip without a refund if any customer abuses alcohol. Enjoy 4 hours of fishing with your family or friends. Keep in mind that although beer drinking is allowed, Captain Joshua keeps the right to terminate the trip without a refund if alcohol is abused.

For your full-day trip, you can choose between his morning or his afternoon offering. Capt. Terry's morning trip runs from 6 am to 1 pm and his afternoon trip runs from 2 pm to roughly dark. Both options are great! Captain Terry's brand new 25' Dargel is totally decked out and very luxurious. It comes loaded with all the fishing rods, reels, and tackle you'll need for a successful aquatic excursion, all you need to buy is your Texas Fishing License and some bait which will run you 40-100$.

A flounder gigging trip will take you into the matagorda bays and coastlines after sunset, we will be looking for flounder but can see multiple different species and different sea life, trips leave matagorda harbor a hour before sunset

I provide all premium rods, reels, tackle, and bait. Back at the dock, I will fillet and bag your catch.
