Yankeetown Speckled Trout Fishing Charters

This trip will be fun for kids over the age 5 to swim around and pick up scallops in the crystal clear waters of the bay that are up to 4' deep. You will need a cooler to put the Scallops in after we get back to your vehicle. Bring your own food and drinks, and the Captain will have a cooler and ice on the boat.

You will head out up to 9 miles offshore on this exciting 5-hour trip. You'll hit the bountiful grass flats, reefs, and rocks for great fish such as Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Cobia, and more!

During our half-day trips, we will go fishing the beautiful and amazing grass flats in cedar key that are known for producing legal size Speckled Trout and monster gator Trout. Also, we will patrol the oyster bars where you will find the amazing Cedar key Redfish where they are one of the healthiest fisheries in the big bend area.

This trip is on our 23' Sea Pro and we will be targeting more inshore fish. I can take up to 6 people on this trip. We will be targeting snook, red, trout, and many more species.

Join Capt. David for an of fishing for Trout, Redfish, Magroves, and possibly some Snook to boot. Fish the beautiful flats and channels of Crystal River and target Redfish, Trout, Flounder, and more.

Step aboard for a half-day of inshore fishing, then cool off in the shallow waters while snorkeling for fresh sea scallops. This unique combination of fishing and adventure makes for a truly memorable day on the water!

This unique adventure will take up to two guests into Florida's backcountry. The trip works very well in our cooler months and negative tides, but can be run year-round. Capt Eric will run through inches of water to put you in the best spots for catching the big ones. Boots or waders are recommended for this trip as opportunities arise to fish out of the boat, but you may choose to just hang out and fish from the boat.

Inshore and near shore trips lasting 4 to 5 hours. You will be fishing in the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding rivers and creeks. Our area is full of spoil islands, oyster bars, as well as sandy and grassy flats, all of which are great places to fish!

On our inshore trip here at Big 3 Charters, we will fish the mangroves in the Gulf. We will target Redfish, Snook, and Trout.

We will be leaving at a Yankeetown Marina cruising out the with Withlacoochee River seeing manatees,alligators,bald eagles & osprey on the way out to the fishing grounds. Once we get into the gulf We will be fishing grass flats for speckled trout, flounder and Spanish mackerel after that we will run around to the spoil islands & rock bottoms with sand to targeting black drum ,redfish,snook & flounder but we might come across a school of tarpon to target too. It will be a great day thou!
