Yankeetown Speckled Trout Fishing Charters

Make the most of Florida's unspoiled nature coast, by exploiting the inshore waterways of the Homosassa River and its nearby nature reserves. Over the course of 8 hours, you'll get to fish for species such as Redfish and Speckled Trout, as well as some bigger game fish like Cobia and Tarpon when in season. This is a trip for up to 4 anglers.

Inshore fishing with one of the best! We will target Trout Redfish and Snook. Live bait fishing and also possibility of lure fishing. Some species of fish are seasonal. Buccaneer Westcoast Charters will take you fishing aboard their 24’ Sea ark (Flats boat) originally built in 2006 and restored in 2019. It is powered by a 150HP Yamaha engine, with a maximum cruising speed of 35 knots and it can accommodate up to 6 passengers.

Get the most out of the day and spend maximum time with your lines in the water. You will target Redfish, Trout, Snook, and others. You don't need to worry about bringing equipment, as everything is provided. You should bring a packed lunch – you'll need to keep up your energy.

Half day trips for fishing aboard a custom 24' Aeon bay boat with comfortable seating and upper station to spot fish. This trip targets inshore species such as Trout, Redfish, Snook, Snapper, and Sheepshead. High-end tackle will be used for casting artificial or live bait near mangrove shorelines or shallow water structures. Cleaning and packaging included.

Our full day trips work best if you wanna be able to target the most species of fish while not being on the water all day, these trips give us plenty of time to fish the grass flats and gives us enough time to then fish the islands in search for redfish and many more. This charter is for the fisherman that is looking for a more adventurous charter for the apex predator of the ocean. Safety is of the utmost importance with this charter. We try to cater to the customer and catch as many species of sharks in the allotted time frame. If the customer doesn't want to keep the shark or the shark is not a harvestable species, we will safely release the sharks. The goal of this charter is to bring awareness to the species and to offer a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
