Tierra Verde Spotted Seatrout Fishing Charters

This full day trip will let you explore the Tampa Bay fishery with more opportunities to land more fish! This trip will allow us to utilize 2 or 3 different fishing tactics to find the hot bite! We will go fishing for Snook, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Spanish Mackerel, Mangrove Snapper, or Grouper depending on the best opportunities for the time of year and conditions. The captain will supply all gear, licenses, bait, cooler with ice, etc. Feel free to bring any snacks and drinks (cans, not bottles).

The most popular option, this 6-hour trip gives you the chance to really get to know the inshore waters of St.Petersburg and the Tampa Bay, reeling in plenty of fish, and having a great day out. These waters are home to some of the best inshore species around, with Snook and Tarpon passing through, as well as Groupers, Snappers, Tripletails, Permits, Redfish, and many mo re.

Make the most of the Tampa Bay and explore the incredible inshore waters on offer. The light skiff will guide you along the shallow waters as you move from beach to flats and all over these productive waters in search of some incredible fish. From Snook to Snapper, Trout to Tripletail, with Mackerel, Sheepshead, and many more thrown in for good measure, you're in for a thrilling day on the water. Test your skills and try to fill your fridge with some delicious fish.

A full day on the inshore waters includes multiple types of fishing, from shallow flats sight fishing to deeper water targeting various fish species!

Please note that the First Mate works for tips and 15-20% is customary - much appreciated! Target all kinds of inshore and nearshore species, such as Grouper, Snapper, Redfish, Shark, Snook, and many more. Anglers of all skill levels are welcome to join, so don't hesitate to start your day of adventure. Fall is here, so get out and enjoy the cool weather. It's Tripletail season! Add some more time and enjoy 6 fun hours on the rich waters of Florida. You and the crew will depart at 8:30 a.m. and go after Snook, Flounder, Spotted Seatrout, Sheepshead, Snapper, and more. Bring your food and drinks to stay refreshed.

Tampa Bay offers a wide variety of species year-round. The time of year and water temperature will dictate what species we target. But some of our regular favorites include Snook, Redfish, and Mackerel. Rods, reels, tackle, and fishing licenses are included in the price of the trip.

The Full Day Trip will allow us to fish for Multiple Species on both Incoming and Outgoing Tides. We will Spend the Full Day Targeting any species you desire to catch. We can Fly Fish or Spinfish for Tarpon/Snook/Redfish for part of the day, and pivot to trolling for Grouper/Kingfish in the afternoon on a Full Day Trip. I am willing to spend the Full 8-Hours on the Poling Platform in order to land you your New Personal Best Tarpon, Snook, or Redfish if that is what it takes. Let me know your desires!
