North Carolina Spotted Seatrout Fishing Charters

*** WE WILL MEET IN DOWNTOWN WILMINGTON NC (1 Hour from OIB) *** This is an awesome inshore trip on the Cape Fear River in downtown Wilmington, NC. We will be using artificial lures for Stripers from 2-10 pounds. Catch and release only. All inclusive: rods/reels/lures/license Seasonal Trip from December thru the end of March. No experience needed. Family friendly.

You and the captain will be fishing shallow water areas. You'll fish on light tackle and use both artificial bait and live bait. Sight fishing is a delicacy as it's exciting to see the fish in the water before it takes a bite!

Join on this 6 hour fishing adventure, where you can go after Redfish, Flounder, Sheepshead, Trout, and many more. The captain will prepare everything you need of the equipment, so you only need to pack some snacks and drinks.

You'll spend approximately 5 hours fishing inshore. The departure time will depend on availability and the weather, so make sure you discuss it with the captain in time.

Get yourself some additional time whether you want to soak up the scenery, or if you want to bag more fish. During this 6 hour trip, will be covering the area ranging from Hampstead flatlands to nearshore locations. Trips are priced 1-3 people. It is an additional $50 per person.

We will be fishing for Flounder, Red Drum, Black Drum, and Trout along with other species that may choose to hookup with us as well.

Inshore we will be targeting redfish, speckled sea trout, flounder, sheepshead, black drum, and more depending on season and client preference. Live bait, artificial, and mixed trips are all available. Our 4hr charter will generally be targeting a specific species or two due to time constraints with our 6hr giving us more of an opportunity to branch out into more styles of fishing.
