Azores Wahoo Fishing Charters

This trip will take you anywhere from 8 up to 25 miles offshore for Marlin, Tuna, Wahoo, and many more.

If you're after Billfish Grand Slams and some of the biggest Tuna in the sea, this is the trip for you. With Blue and White Marlin, Bluefin, Yellowfin, Bigeye, and Albacore Tuna, and plenty of Mahi Mahi and Wahoo to cap it all off, you really have to bring your A-game in these waters. Are you up to the challenge?

Trolling with outriggers or jigging near the beautiful coastline for Barracuda, Albacore Tuna, Amberjack, and more. Rods, reels, live bait, teasers, and licenses are included in the price, and you will be accompanied by a first mate.

OCT Still good temperatures and perfect for the Big Game adventure depending where the fish are. The Big Eye and the Yellow Fin Tunas are out there. The sign of birds is a sign of fish and thats our targets. Sometimes Near shore outher times 17 to 20 miles out, meeting the shallow banks targetting blue marlin and Tuna. The fish is not always ready for us, in big game we have to troll a lot in the spot until the fish comes up. Be aware that half Day could sometimes not be enough

The waters surrounding the Azores are home to a variety of species, including Blue and White Marlin, Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Bigeye Tuna, Albacore, and Wahoo. These species are often referred to as "Big Game" fish, as they are known for their size and the challenge they pose to anglers. The season for Tuna is almost year-round but usually best from April to November. Sometimes we have good fishing in February or December. The best season for Marlin is from the end of June to October.

This is an 8 Hour Big Game fishing trip for the big boys! Drinks, snacks and all of the fishing gear is included.

Come with Master Leonardo on this 3-hour trip with a real fishing boat and a real fisherman! You will also be able to visit the famous cave where the story that ended up becoming the Netflix series “Turn of the Tide” was born.Recommended for all types of audiences, from young to old, with or without experience. Taking into account the properties of our boat and its specialty, our main target will be squid, unless you put your preferences in the observations so that we can prepare in advance.
