Cape May Wahoo Fishing Charters

This trip is ideal for all you anglin' fin-atics out there! You'll travel up to 70 miles from shore to go fishing along the Atlantic Continental Shelf. Get ready for an offshore showdown, trolling and chumming for Yellowfin and Bluefin Tuna, as well as Mahi Mahi, White Marlin, and Wahoo. This is a 12-hour trip, so be sure to bring some food and drinks, as well as comfortable clothing, and get ready for the adventure of a lifetime!

This trip is for the group that wants the opportunity to target pelagic species such as Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and King Mackrel without the long ride to the canyons. On this trip, you'll be heading anywhere from 25 miles to 35 miles from shore. Get ready for your next big game adventure aboard the 'Gone Fishin'. **A trip modification may be suggested by the captain based on the current fishing reports during the time of the scheduled trip (ie. fishing range exceeds the 35 mile limit)**

Visit the calm inshore waters and go bottom fishing for Flounder, Croaker, Bluefish, and more. This is a perfect trip for families with children or a group of novices. Take it slowly until you get the hang of it. After that, you'll probably be interested in an offshore adventure. Target Bluefish, Flounder, Seabass, and more on this trip. You'll be back at the marina at noon, right on time for lunch. Take your fish to the nearest restaurant and enjoy the taste of your victory!

Embark on this canyon-fishing adventure and have a memorable time chasing Tuna, Marlin, and Mahi. To reel them in, you and the captain will be using trolling, chunking, jigging, or topwater fishing.

On our inshore trips we fish for multiple species either trolling or bottom fishing. Our catch usually consists of Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, Bonitas, and King Mackerel trolling. Bottom fishing we see alot of Flounder, Seabass, Triggerfish and various other reef fish. we will do afternoon trips in the high season. but only if the morning is booked

We will be heading offshore in search of Tuna. The location changes throughout the season as they could be closer or farther out from land. There is a possibility of catching other species like Mahi, Marlin, Wahoo, King Mackerel, False Albacore, and Sharks among other possibilities. Expect to depart in the early morning hours and arrive back at the slip in the afternoon. If tuna fishing is slow we will switch to tilefish or Mahi Mahi fishing to fill the cooler! We do put in OVERTIME to put fish in the box

Bottom and Trolling

These trips typically depart in the dark, around 2am, so that we can be on the tuna grounds as the sun comes up. Rest easy in the very comfortable and air-conditioned salon or in one of the bedrooms on the way out and leave the driving to us. We will spend 12-15 hours targeting Tuna but frequently catch Wahoo, Mahi-Mahi, and Marlin on these trips as well.
