Mentor Walleye Fishing Charters

There's no better way to get your hands on some Walleye than on an 8-hour or limit fishing trip! You'll explore the open waters in Lake Erie's central basin, between Geneva and Conneaut, Ohio. Capt. Mitch brings along all the gear you need for a successful day – just remember to purchase a fishing license beforehand and bring along any drinks and snacks you'd like.

Spend more time exploring Lake Erie for the catch of your dreams! Depending on when you choose to visit, Capt. Dan will have you trolling and casting for Walleye, trolling for Steelhead near the shoreline, and jigging the bottom of the lake for plenty of Perch. If there's a species you want to target, talk to him to see when the hot bite will be on! He'll provide you with top-quality rod and reels, snacks, and drinks. Anglers of all ages are welcome – just bring a valid fishing license along.

You and the crew will be trolling for Walleye and may catch some Steelhead if you are in deeper water. You will be using downriggers, dipsy divers, jet divers, weighted lines, and wire line. Planer boards are used to spread the lines away from the boat. The trip lasts for 8 hours or until the limit has been reached. This is the price for up to 4 anglers. For larger groups, check out the other 8-hour trips. Fish cleaning is available at $2.50 per fish. It is customary to tip the captain and first mate.

This trip lasts for 8 hours dock to dock or until you catch the limit, whichever comes first. All tackle and bait are provided. Just bring your license, lunch, and sunscreen, and be ready to have a great time! Bottled water provided, all other drinks must be provided by guests.

We will be fishing upto 7 hours dock to dock or when you get your limit . You and the crew will be leaving the dock at around 1:00 p.m. This is the perfect trip for groups coming in from out of town or for the groups that don't really want to get up super early to be at the dock. We supply everything that you would need while fishing beside a license, food, and beverages. Kids are always welcome! The crew can take up to 6 people.

This is the biggest action and the best chance of catching your fish limit. No experience is needed. Kids will have a blast! We limit out about 95% of the time, so this is a great trip for filling your freezer as well! We will be using our trolling technique 90% of the time. So, come on out and let's make memories! I will always do everything I can to make the fishing trip most enjoyable for any group. This trip is out of Fairport harbor which is regarded as the hottest fishing spot on Lake Erie.

All the fishing gear and bait is included, cast/troll The trip is for 6 hours dock to dock or your limit of fish, Whichever occurs first. You can be as hands on as you want to be. Setting lines, netting fish and much more. Great trip for women and children. I don't go out to catch limits as fast as we can. Fish cleaning is available for an additional fee.
