Vermilion Walleye Fishing Charters

The trip lasts for 4 hours or until the limit is reached. You'll be fishing the famous Lake Erie for as many Walleye as possible. These are some truly delicious fish, an absolute treat to eat. You'll be provided with all the rods, reels, and tackle you'll need for the trip.

You'll get to target the morning bite! You'll be using many different methods and tactics, all of which have the end goal of putting maximum Walleye in the boat. Capt. Tom can adjust this trip to suit anglers of all skill levels and welcomes families with children to come aboard for an introduction to these waters. You'll be provided with top-quality fishing gear, so just bring snacks and drinks, and make sure to purchase a fishing license. All trips are to your limit or time booked whichever comes first.

Our preferred charter in June, leaving the dock at 6:00 am. A five-hour trip, or limit, targeting walleye. We pride ourselves on being the top charter and suggest this trip due to our success rate and knowledge of these waters and angling techniques. Friends, family, men, women and children, are all welcome aboard the 'Reel Thrill' a spacious 30-foot fishing vessel provides the space and security. The Captain and First Mate will put you on the fish and guide you to putting them in the boat. FISH ON!

Times are dock to dock on your schedule. Depending on conditions, action, and schedule, the trip can be modified with the consensus of the captain and crew. Come aboard and have a great time on the water. Discounts offered for veterans, active military, first responders and repeat customers.

Docked in Lorain and only a short drive from Greater Cleveland. This is the absolute best area to fill your cooler with Walleye this time of the year. Don't forget the suntan lotion and sunglasses for these charters. This is also the best time to introduce the kids to fishing. This fishing trip is 6 hours or the limit of Walleye, whichever comes first. Fish cleaning is available for an extra charge. A minimum of a one-day fishing license is required.

Leave the dock at 7:00 am and fish for 4 hours. Walleye limit is six fish per person and they have to be over 15 inches and you get to keep the captain's catch as well. This is specific to mature Walleye. This means we will target bigger fish. I will use some techniques I use for tournament fishing. These trips can only be offered a few certain months of the year. March through early June and this depends a lot on the water temperature. Lake Erie has the potential to fish for multiple fish over 28 inches with the occasional 30 inch plus!

GREAT trip for up to 6 people. You will have pole in hand and will be casting and jigging OR we will be trolling for pre and post spawn walleye. The TUG is the DRUG. The excitement of fighting aggressive males on light spinning rod and reel is 2nd to none. OR we can troll, the choice is yours. All bait and gear along with 2 live scopes will be included. You will be fishing on my 2025 Defiance Admiral pilot house with toilet on board Launch time is negotiable.
