Cuyahoga County Walleye Fishing Charters

Spend more time exploring Lake Erie for the catch of your dreams! Depending on when you choose to visit, Capt. Dan will have you trolling and casting for Walleye, trolling for Steelhead near the shoreline, and jigging the bottom of the lake for plenty of Perch. If there's a species you want to target, talk to him to see when the hot bite will be on! He'll provide you with top-quality rod and reels, snacks, and drinks. Anglers of all ages are welcome – just bring a valid fishing license along.

Get out on the water as early as you can and take advantage of the first bite of some delicious, monster Walleye. Your captain has plenty of experience on the water, and if last season is anything to go by, you'll fill the boat with these fantastic creatures. Troll to entice the bite of these tough-fighting monsters and get ready for an intense battle as you try to hit your daily limit of fish to take back to shore. Bring your own drinks and snacks aboard and make a real day of this exciting opportunity.

You'll be using many different methods and tactics, all of which have the end goal of putting maximum Walleye in the boat. Capt. Tom can adjust this trip to suit anglers of all skill levels and welcomes families with children to come aboard for an introduction to these waters. You'll be provided with top-quality fishing gear, so just bring snacks and drinks, and make sure to purchase a fishing license. All trips are to the limit or time booked whichever comes first.

Walleye fishing in Lake Erie is at its best. Early in the season (May-July) there's no need to go far and it's a perfect trip for families and kids. Later in the season, you'll need to cover more distance to reach the fishing grounds. Capt. Brian encourages everyone to be involved during the trip, even if you don't have any fishing experience. This is a great opportunity for the kids to catch their first fish!

Target Walleye all day long with Capt. Mike. You'll mainly go trolling or drift fishing. The captain will provide you with all necessary equipment, but you need to bring your fishing license.

You and the crew will be trolling for Walleye and may catch some Steelhead if you are in deeper water. You will be using downriggers, dipsy divers, jet divers, weighted lines, and wire line. Planer boards are used to spread the lines away from the boat. The trip lasts for 8 hours or until the limit has been reached. This is the price for up to 4 anglers. For larger groups, check out the other 8-hour trips. Fish cleaning is available at $2.50 per fish. It is customary to tip the captain and first mate.

Unlike all of our other trips, you will be out for the full day regardless of when we reach your limit. If you limit out on walleye, we can target steelhead or play catch and release looking for a trophy fish or maybe try your hand at cast/drift fishing.

This is the biggest action and the best chance of catching your fish limit. No experience is needed. Kids will have a blast! We limit out about 95% of the time, so this is a great trip for filling your freezer as well! We will be using our trolling technique 90% of the time. So, come on out and let's make memories! I will always do everything I can to make the fishing trip most enjoyable for any group. This trip is out of Fairport harbor which is regarded as the hottest fishing spot on Lake Erie.

Lake Erie is known for its amazing Walleye fishing. Enjoy 8 hours of some great fishing. Fishing style is dependent on your preference and time of year. Certain tactics work well at specific times of the year. Capt. Joe offers a different type of fishing trip. We plan to fish a full day, change tactics and maybe catch a few different species if we have our limit of Walleye. Also, it is always recommended to bring a waterproof jacket and pants.
