Techniques: Captain John loves to go and catch live bait for his customers so that they have a better chance of catching bigger fish. And it's also an experience for them to watch and help catch their own bait for the fishing trip for the day. The kids always love it when they drag the shrimp net and dolphins come up. The captain likes using live bait drift lining. Free lining with live bait is how you catch the bigger fish!

No disrespect to the Cap or the company, but I didn’t get what I expected. Rather, I got what I paid for. Do yourself a favor and spend some more money to book a better charter. If you book a trip that says “Inshore Fishing”, don’t expect the common definition of inshore fishing. IF you decide to book with this company because of the low prices, expect to put in from a house, not a dock, to be treated unprofessionally, and do yourself a favor and book at least 4 hours. we booked this trip expecting to go catch big fish or at least get some fish. over the whole 2 hour trip it was clear that we were not catching big fish immediately. Crew was very unenthusiastic, and didn’t care if we caught fish or not. we did catch 4 tiny trout, and the captain reeled in his own fish as some people in our group did not catch any fish. You booked a 2 HR inshore trip for 300 what did you expect. A blue marlin and tuna lol. And if you were reading about big fish that’s a offshore trip. Not a 2 HR INSHORE TRIP. Read before you book a trip.

Hi Cliffton, We are very sorry for the Captain smoking and his roughness. We really wish you would have said something about the smoking, if you would have he would have definitely refrained from doing so. We don’t want to ever offend our customers. On inshore there are really guarantees that you will catch fish and most of the inshore fish are smaller. If you want big fish you need to go on an offshore trip. Can’t please everyone. We are very sorry for the Captain smoking and his roughness. We really wish you would have said something about the smoking, if you would have he would have definitely refrained from doing so. We don’t want to ever offend our customers.
On inshore there are really guarantees that you will catch fish and most of the inshore fish are smaller. If you want big fish you need to go on an offshore trip. Can’t please everyone.
