Monster King Salmon are starting to show up now and will begin staging for their fall run up the river soon. Now is the time to book for your chance at landing a trophy King!

Our 2 hour river fishing tours are a great option for people looking for a shorter boat tour/fishing trip. No worries about rough water just sit back and enjoy the tour and possibly catch several different species. This is a great trip for young children. So far we have caught several large freshwater drum, a brown trout, walleye and northern pike. You never know what might bite!

Salmon fishing has been very good so far for the beginning of July 2023. Lake conditions have been excellent and we have managed to get many families out to catch the fish and make great memories. We hve been fishing nearshore in the 70-130 foot of water and spoons and meat rigs have been very productive.

We are having a great spring and early summer season. We have had great catches of Chinook salmon so far. It is looking like the fishery is healthy and there are a lot of big fish around. So far the weather has been excellent and the lake has been calm. Most of our early season has been spent trolling in 40 -160 feet of water as the lake remains cold and salmon have remained cliser to shore. Spoons have been hot. Most of the fish have been in the top 50ft of the water column.

We've been catching big king salmon and Coho Samon . We've had trips with up to 30 fish this week, the best fishing since the eighties. Remember we have a kid and family-friendly environment. No experience required and our crews will take the time to show you everything you need to do.

Spring fishing is starting to heat up. King Salmon up to 27 lbs have been caught in the area already along with good numbers of Coho Salmon and Lake Trout. Trips this past week have been in the 6 to 12 fish range with some nice quality fish. Day by day, the salmon bite is getting better. Now is the time to get out. Usually there is a 2 to 3 week period of hot spring fishing and we are on the cusp of it right now. I will update the report over the weekend. Good Luck. Captain Dana
