It would help us to improve in the future if you could offer some more specific feedback on your review.  I spoke to your captain and understand the lake was rough and fishing was slow.  He said you group was great and seemed to have a good time except for one person that was seasick.  I assure you our boat and tackle are top notch and so is our crew so I’m uncertain why you left a low review.  If it was based on weather and slow fishing that is out of our control.  Hopefully you will give us another chance in the future to provide a better experience and earn 5 star review.

I’m sorry you felt you should have caught more fish on your trip.  I’m confident we did absolutely every possible to increase our catch.    It’s too bad your focus was on how many fish were caught rather than the overall experience. With fishing there are many days with bountiful catches and many without but the experience should always be enjoyable.
