Your captain worked hard throughout the day to give you the best experience possible and made every effort to catch what was available under the circumstances. It was, overall, a slow day for everyone out on the water — not just your boat. We gave it our best under the conditions we had. Fishing isn’t always predictable, and unfortunately, some days are just tougher than others, no matter how skilled the crew or how good the weather seems.

We truly regret that this trip left you feeling this way, and we appreciate you voicing your concerns. That said, threats and disrespectful language are unnecessary and out of place. We’re always open to feedback and improvement, but mutual respect is essential.

We’re also aware — and this is something many seasoned anglers understand — that a fisherman’s attitude and energy can influence the overall atmosphere on board and, some believe, even the fishing itself. A positive mindset goes a long way, even on slow days.

We want to be clear: we do not — and cannot — offer refunds simply because the fishing was slow. This is the nature of the sport. As thousands of satisfied clients can attest, even on slow days, the experience, service, and effort of our crew make the trip worthwhile. We do our absolute best every time, but we cannot control nature.
