Captain Jesus Antonio was great. He’s been fishing for over 35 years. He knows the fishing grounds, and very experienced with all the equipment & tackle. We got our first fish about 1 hour into the trip. We lost the second fish as it snapped the line. His english was very good and easy to understand. I will be back to fish with them again.

Greeted by Carlos at the Marina in the morning. Went fishing with Pedro and had a great time. Upon arrival, no one from Sushi Time Fleet to greet us back to Marina. We were not given our fishing licenses and had a difficult time getting the fish filleted. Their was a lack of communication, because we only speak a little Spanish. So they only filleted the fish and couldn’t vacuum seal the fish we caught. Last years experience was totally different.

Half day fishing was a fun trip. Beautiful scenery and great captain.

Captain Jorge was awesome and worked hard to put us on fish, he had a great personality, very friendly and helpful just not much English at all so hard to communicate at times. Caught two Bonito’s and two Skip Jacks and lost three rooster fish. Overall great experience with a fun and friendly captain.

Guillermo asked me what fish I wanted to go after, and I told him, “Anything that’s biting.” So we started trolling right out of the harbor, and we wound up taking a few skip jacks (black tuna) and a king mackerel, which tasted very good later that day.  All the fish were hard fighters, and we had a good time.  I spoke a little Spanish (very little) and Guillermo was about the same in English, but we had no problem communicating.  A good day!
