I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a 4-hour fishing charter with Alfonso Tours to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything was top-notch.

Firstly, finding the location was a breeze. The directions provided were clear, and we had no trouble getting to the meeting point. This was a great start and set the tone for the rest of our adventure.

The two-person crew was exceptional. They were not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure we were comfortable and well-prepared for the fishing trip. Their expertise in trolling was evident, and they shared valuable tips and techniques with us.

The highlight of the trip, of course, was the fishing itself. Here were some of the highlights: three beautiful mahi-mahi and one impressive Spanish mackerel. The thrill of reeling in these catches was unparalleled. A special moment was when my dad, on his milestone birthday, reeled in a stunning 43-inch mahi-mahi! The crew’s enthusiasm was infectious, and they made sure we celebrated each catch with great excitement.

Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better fishing charter experience. Alfonso Tours exceeded all my expectations with their outstanding service, skilled crew, and successful fishing trip. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a memorable and exciting fishing adventure. Five stars all the way!

Alfonso and Mariano are super nice and knowledgeable, Alfonso drove the boat and Mariano kept his eyes on the lines the whole time and made sure the bait were replaced as needed.
They had Fruits, sandwiches, gatorade, pop and beers on the boat for us.
We had a great time, we caught 2 Barracudas and my kid was happy.
I recommend if you’re on a budget !!

We had an excellent day of fishing with Alfonso and Marino. They make a great team of fishermen and are very friendly.

I have fished with several guides over the years and have nothing but positive feedback about this guide. We caught two sailfish, which made it an exceptional day, but even without this result, it is clear that this team works very hard and is dedicated to their clients. We had a great time with Alfonso and Mariano. They brought us out for 6hrs and a fish was caught every hour! He knew exactly where to bring us to make sure we’d get something on our line. Capt. Alfonso and crew did what it took to catch fish. We got 9 Bonita! Made 8 of them into tacos and Ceviche tostadas! Delicious! Used the other one as bait to try and get a grouper which we got a hit on but the bait was bit in half.  Great great fishing adventure. The restaurant at the dock quickly prepares you catch for lunch whim it’s still fresh. Thanks Alfonso and Mariano for a great fishing trip!
