This was my first time fishing in Singapore and although we didn’t catch anything, it was still a fun experience.  My 7 year old and I did a night trip, and the cooler temperatures were a huge bonus for us not used to to heat and humidity of the region.  The rental gear was in good shape and fit for purpose.  We got a handful of nibbles throughout the trip, but never got anything to take the bait.  The night aspect definitely added a layer of excitement, and wouldnt hesitate to do it again.

Came in from the US, brought a colleague and partner along. We caught a good number of small to medium reef fish and those who came along had a great time.

The morning started slow with few bites at the first few spots, only picking up when we went over by Sentosa Cove. We hired the tackle - ok condition but in desperate need of reel oil - very stiff. Weather was nice and seas were pretty calm, even for my partner who gets seasick.

Captain Heng is a friendly and thoughtful experienced young man. On request, he arranged for live baits on short notice. He took us from place to place to avoid the rain and big waves (when bigger boats sped past). Captain Heng is knowledgeable on the best spots to catch fish. We had a good time on board.  I would highly recommend him.

It was a good trip. The view from the boat was good and the boat was clean. The captain was very nice and the service was excellent. The captain took the boat to the south of Singapore and every now and then changed the spot for the visitors to fish. We didn’t catch any fish.
