Amazing experience! Was able to click with the captain almost immediately upon meeting, and he was extremely patient in guiding me and my father on basic fishing techniques. He even shared some more advanced techniques with me on cleaning fish to keep them fresh and tasty for longer. Absolutely amazing time, and I highly recommend fishing trips with him. We chose to do the whole day fishing trip, and we had a blast! Trip was very well organized even before and during the trip. Details were double confirmed, and the response time was super fast as well. Our captain was a part timer for weekend, but he was still very friendly and had a very pleasant attitude. I booked a dull day trip for fishing along the Singapore coast. The boat itself has seen better times, but is more than adequate for the intended purpose. We have fished a number of spots using bottom fishing with heavy weights 5 oz. due to the current. IMHO the rods were a bit too light (cw 6-12 grams) for this purpose, making hook setting difficult. We are first time rookies. Booked the afternoon slot and hoped for the best and indeed it was! Daniel and Max were great company to have, and they guided us from the beginning on how we could get prepared for our trip.
