despite the high winds coming out of the north, we did catch 2 redfish, right at the end. the captain postponed our trip from 7 to 8am, and then the morning of the trip postponed it again till 9am as he had a dead battery. then we spent an hour catching bait (first looking for mullet, didn’t find any, so we caught small croakers instead). catching the croakers was more fun it turned out than using the croakers as cut bait for redfish, which was kind of a sit and wait affair. but after 2 hours... Booking and communication was suburb, Zane was very professional in all aspects of our trip and we had a great relaxing day. He exceeded our expectations, got us all involved with the fishing experience and we’ll be enjoying plenty of Red Drum meals after limiting out with the maximum sized catch…awesome!!!

Captain Zane put us on the fish all morning. He worked with my son who is new to salt water fishing. Came home with Spanish mackeral and red fish. He even cleaned the fish for us. Only wish we would have booked a full day instead of a half day. Thanks for a great day.

Capt. Zane was awesome! We could not have asked for a better trip. Our teenage boys loved catching red drum and said the fishing trip was the best part of our vacation! We can’t wait for our next time.

This outing was a gift for my son’s birthday - he had a blast and caught some great fish (as well as sharks and a stingray).  Highly recommend and we will be back!
