- Family Shark Fishing & Nature Tours by Dolphin Discoveries has been in business for 20-plus years providing family fun with many water-related activities. Our captains not only love to fish but also love just being out on the water in general. They have put smiles on many faces over the years whether it be fishing, Shark tooth hunting, on a dolphin boat tour, beach combing tour, sunset tour, or our Tuesday night summer fireworks tours! We promise to do our very best to show you a great time and we know that your great time often comes as smiles light up on the kids' faces!! We hope to see you soon! - Techniques
- Our fishing program is really meant as a beginnner and family type excursion. We target easy to catch species like sharks and stingrays because we know we can consistently provide a fun experience for families visiting Hilton Head that want to get their kids out to enjoy a few hours on the water and the smiles, laughs and excitement of reeling in a fun species such as sharks and hard fighters like the rays. It's totally meant as a relaxing excursion to put smiles on the kids faces and enjoy the time on the water. If the kids are younger (I have a 5 year old) we will sit in areas where the smaller 1 and 2 foot sharks tend to hangout. If the kids are teenagers like my nephews we go to spots where we are likely to catch some 3 and 4 footers. It's all catch and release, nothing is harmed and the sharks continue to live and we as parents have lots of fun pictures to keep these memories alive! Thanks, Dave
