Between weather and fish habits not much happened. Captain tried everything; just one of those days. Not a good day for others either. Not really my style of fishing; captain does everything except reel them up. Much different from salmon fishing in the Pacific. I can’t imagine trying it again.

Justin was a top notch captain that not only put us on fish but also made the trip educational by explaining what he was doing and what to be looking for. He was very in tune with the surroundings and with just the slightest movement of the rod was able detect bits we were getting. We went out June 25, 2024.  We had 3 adults and a small child (6 years old).  Captain Justin was great, he not only got us onto the fish but explained what we were fishing for and why.  We caught 5 lakers before transitioning over to going after Salmon and we caught 2 of those.  When we returned to the dock, Justin cleaned the fish we caught and sent us home with fillets.  We had a great experience and absolutely would go back out with Justin again.

Captain Justin was an awesome guide. We took our 3 teenage boys and he was so good with them. Very patient. Explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Kept changing out equipment as the water changed. We ended up with a cooler full of salmon and a trout. Will book with him again next time we get back into the area.
