Had a great time on board with Jeff! We had a successful fishing trip.

I surprised my husband and son with a trip with Jeff and I’m so glad I did. We’re from Ohio so we never get to do anything like this and it was a fun experience for both of them and they enjoyed Jeff’s company as well as his knowledge. He even spent extra time with us to help filet the fish that were caught. Super friendly guy who knows what he’s doing. Must have a lot of patience to deal with my little dude too! We would definitely do this again if we’re down here in the future. 10/10... More

Captain Ruppart helped find the best possible spots throughout the day.  He knows the area well and saw to it that we were always where we needed to be.  Even though my eagerness caused me to likely lose 10 fish because I was too quick, I still landed a dozen reds of which four were in slot.  I lucked out and picked the biggest to keep.  When the day was over and I was ready to filet my keepers, he even handled that for us!  The Capt is retire Coast Guard, so you KNOW you will be safe and... It had stormed two days before our trip and I really didn’t have high expectations because the wind was still a factor and didn’t know how all that would affect the fishing.  With that being said it was a great trip, caught enough trout to take home and cook and Captain Jeff was a great conversationalist which is important.  Would definitely book with him again.
