Pleasantly surprised with this trip. Passing through LA, and just grabbed something convenient. Launch was not far off I-10. Captain was on time & ready. This trip was something my 18 year old chose to do for his HS graduation. We both have fished but definitely not expert anglers. while we had rainstorms try to squash our trip, Captain Frenchy AKA, fish whisperer knew how much this trip meant for my son. Cannot recommend capt Frenchey enough , I was a spectator and my husband was fishing , he made us both very welcome on board his boat and did his upmost to ensure my husband got a chance to catch fish which he did ! We had a great time with captain Frenchy! Going out with him is not just about catching fish, it’s an entire experience! We went on a day in the middle of summer during a heat wave and still caught fish! Frenchy can see things in the water that I can’t, and often tells you, you’re going to get a bite before you do.
