This was a surprise fishing trip for my fiancé and he loved it. Captain Jim was super accommodating, showed us everything we needed to know, and was very friendly. He also was super communicative leading up to our trip. We definitely recommend him and would love to go fishing with him again in the summer months.

Captain Jim made the fishing outing an amazing experience for us and our two teenage boys and was vey personable and actually a really funny guy. He was flexible with our arrival time because we were coming from far away. We will absolutely contact him again for our next vacation!

We went summer steelhead fishing with Captain Jim. My entire family had an amazing time. Captain Jim did a great job teaching us how to drift fish on the river without tangling our lines too much. He was extremely helpful and patient when we did make mistakes, and was as excited as we were every time we reeled in a fish. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to fish in western Washington St.

Captain Miller was a great guide.  Very personable and knowledgeable.  Took time to make sure everyone was comfortable with techniques of fishing.  The day didn’t produce limits but we all know how it’s up to nature and timing.  We did hook into a few nice fish and was able to enjoy some delicious salmon that evening.  We look forward to returning to do a second trip.  Thanks Jim.

Jim is a phenomenal and experienced fishing guide. It took no time to have us ready to catch some fish. We were successful in catching coho salmon with my teenagers. I can’t wait to go on another trio with Jim.
