Captain Jim was an absolute treasure to find! We did an 8 hour trip today. The weather was incredible. There were bald eagles going over head all day. The water is crystal clear and fun to watch the fish run. Jim is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and he told us all about Big Foot. Yall, this is the guide you’re looking for. We chit chatted for 8 hours and I’d do it again tomorrow! Jim, we will be seeing you again for sure!

Captain Jim was great! Completely prepared, on time, communication was top notch and the best part…he did everything he could to help us catch king salmon…and we did!!! We caught TWELVE when no one else seemed to be catching anything. We couldn’t keep them all because you can’t keep the natives but we still ended up taking home way more salmon than we could eat. I wanted to take my son on a fishing trip and he always wanted to see the Great Northwest. I found Jim on FishingBooker and saw the good reviews so I booked a trip. We flew from Mississippi and weren’t disappointed. Jim is a great guy and knows his stuff. It was a fantastic father son trip and if we would book him again without question.

We had a great fishing trip with Captain Jim Miller! He was right there waiting for us and spent some time priming us for the trip. All of his equipment was ready to go and we got some fish within the first hour. Jim is very good at making you feel comfortable and giving advice in a way that makes you feel respected. He’s also very funny and easy going. From the reactions of other folks on the river, he is obviously well liked as well. You will be happy if you book a trip with him.
