Theodore was fantastic, treated my family to an amazing afternoon and took great care of us. gave us a nice tour of the area on our way out, we caught plenty of fish for a stunning fresh dinner and he showed us how to clean a few fish that had some particular details that needed taken care of specially. btw if you catch some trigger fish they were the best tasting!!! he was funny, a great guide, excellent captain and boat handler and we put him through the paces by catching fish after fish while the kids were snagging, he was re-rigging and baiting like he had 4 arms. truly got our moneys worth. i would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to have a good time and catch good fish.

This was our favorite thing we did while visiting the Bahamas. Captain Ted and China were awesome! Experienced and friendly, we felt safe on the water and had a fantastic time. We booked a half day in the afternoon but felt like we got a full day’s worth of activities. We caught 5 or 6 different types of fish, snorkeled with turtles, saw swimming pigs from afar, wild peacocks and some reef snorkeling. Boat was perfect size for our family of 4 and crew. Captain Ted and China were great with our kids (11 and 9), patient, very helpful and informative. You can tell they enjoy doing what they do. We will definitely do it again on our return to this beautiful country. Thanks Captain Ted and China for making our trip even more memorable! Do not hesitate and book this now, you won’t regret it!

Our family of 6 had the most amazing time with captain Teddy and his assistant, China. They were both kind, friendly and helpful, they took time to make sure we were safe and had a good time! The boat was easy to walk to from the cruise terminal. Captain arrived right on time. We first had a boat tour of Atlantis/celebrity homes on our way to the fishing location. Once there we caught fish within the first 5 minutes at our fishing destination. My husband and four kids ages 3-13 each caught at least one fish if not more! We then went to another location to snorkel with sea turtles, and then off to a private beach which was definitely the highlight of our trip! So beautiful! Captain Teddy is knowledgeable with both fishing and the area and was intuitive to our family’s needs. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking for an outing, (fisherman or not.) Absolutely fantastic experience!

My sons (14 and 11) and I were on a cruise that made a port call in Nassau.  We wanted to try fishing while we were there so I read reviews to try to find a good guide. I read many good reviews for Tevaughn Adventures and decided to book a 4 hour trip.  From the start of the trip I knew we would have a good trip. Captain Ted and his first mate made us feel welcome and offered us waters and sodas.  As we headed to the fishing spot he told us about Nassau and the Bahamas, pointing out key locations and telling us about the area. 
He then pointed out the homes of many celebrities who have vacation homes.  The conversation is not something I expected on a standard fishing charter and it was great to learn more about the area.

After that he took us to a spot and put us on fish right away. He also showed us how to fish the Bahamian way with a hand line. One son pulled in a good sized Parrot fish. We caught a great variety of fish that we don’t catch where we fish.

Captain Ted was a great host and worked to make sure we were back to our cruise on time.  He is a good man and knows how to fish the area.  If we are in Nassau again we will fish with him again!

Captain Ted was awesome, boat was well stocked with cold beverages, and he took us to multiple locations trying to get on the fish. We caught fish at all three locations but the third was definitely the best. Between my daughter and I we easily caught 40 fish many had to be thrown back, but then he cleaned the keepers, when we were done and we took them next-door to the restaurant and they cooked it wonderfully. Would definitely come back and take his charter again.

One thing to note we were on the boat for the entire four hour charter. Then when we got back, he cleaned our fish for us, in the past I have had captains keep us on the boat for 3 1/2 hours saying the time it takes them to clean the fish is included in the four hours. Thank you for a wonderful day.
