We had a great experience with Marcus! Very personal and professional! Both my kids (14 and 9) enjoyed and my husband thought it was great too! Definitely the right experience for us! My boys love to fish and little sister loves to out fish them! Mom loves to watch and take pictures!

We were staying on Hilton Head Island, but the drive over to the marina outside Savannah from there was easy and pleasant.

We booked with Bad Intentions Fishing Charters specifically because we felt like Captain Marcus would be a good fit for what we were looking for. We wanted someone who was knowledgable, relaxed/ chill, and younger because the trip was for our 8th grade and 11th grade boys. Captain Marcus did a great job assisting when needed, but mostly stood aside to let the boys cast, reel, and learn. When we actually did catch something, Captain Marcus was quick to help get the fish off the hook and reload our lines. He had plenty of bait, good boat tunes, and he didn’t waste time, zipping us around the waterway to different locations to try our luck.

We are looking forward to reserving a trip out, probably longer next time, with Captain Marcus next Spring. The experience was one that I know our boys will remember for quite some time! Thanks, Captain Marcus & Bad Intentions!

The trip that we booked with Marcus was last minute. My sons were very interested in doing a charter with Marcus based on his intro video. I am so glad I went with their request. Marcus had us catching fish within five minutes of being on the boat. he knew exactly where to go to get the The rod bending immediately. Unbelievably nice guy, very accommodating for inexperience fisherman such as my two young sons and I. My boys have been talking about this experience for a solid two days and I’m sure many more to come. I will definitely repeat this charter anytime I get to Savannah. Captain Marcus was great! We headed out and we were on the fish within minutes of arriving at the first location. When it slowed we moved and were on the fish again and again. We caught a Good variety of fish using a variety of bait. Everyone on the boat caught something, and my son landed the largest fish he has ever caught, a very large redfish.. awesome tilme would highly recommend!

We had an unforgettable time on our charter fishing trip with Marcus! From start to finish, he was professional, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took us to all the right spots, made sure we were set up for success, and was super patient and encouraging—especially for those of us who were new to fishing. Even though we chose to release all the fish we caught, the thrill of the experience and Marcus’s awesome energy made it one of the best days we’ve had on the water.
