Captain Paul and Mate Nolan handled the Salty Loot, all the gear and made our group welcome and comfortable. They were knowledgeable and put us on fish right away. The boat was amazing. Fast, comfortable, quiet and safe. The salmon were elusive, but we found a few anyway. The rock fish were fun as always. My wife and I took our 10 yr old grandson on this trip so he could catch a big fish and he was not disappointed!!  Captain Paul and first mate Nolan were everything we had hoped for and more, they were friendly , helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly, they were kind.  We not only caught our limit in Rockfish and Lingcod, but on the way back they went to sites that had Orcas, humpback whales, sealing, otters, harbor seals, bald eagles, and puffins. I recommend Blue Ice to everyone

After two years of canceled charters, our gang finally made it out of Ressurection Bay, aboard the Salty Loot.  We had a great time fishing for 80lb halibut, Lingcod, and Rock Fish.  We even landed a large King Salmon.  Special Mahalo to Captain Mike and Deckhand Trey for making today successful and full of fun experience. The boat was in immaculate condition,and led the way out of the harbor and back bay in no time.  We definitely will be back next year.
