    Captain Grant is the BEST!

    Half Day Trip – River Bank - 2:00 PM • 2 adults

    Look, I know what most fishers want is to catch fish, but as Captain Grant said; it’s called ‘fishing’, not ‘catching’. And man, did we FISH!!! My dad and I were complete novices and he made us into fly fishermen! He was a great teacher, explaining why you do things a certain way and what techniques were called. He took us to a different river even to give us another try. Needless to say, he’s made me obsessed with fly fishing now. Can’t express how great he was. When I come back to Alaska, I’ll be booking him again. Thanks for making a core memory for me, Captain Grant!

    Wonderfull day on the river

    Drift Boat Fishing - Middle Kenai R • 3 adults

    my wife, Daughter, and I were looking for a float trip we could all enjoy together. we didn't have much experience fishing, but I always dreamed of fishing in Alaska. Grant, our guide was a great teacher, treated us very well, and provided us with a wonderful day. we caught Dolly Varden, rainbow trout, and Salmon.

    we had a fantastic drift boat trip with Grant

    8 Hour Trip – Kenai River • 2 adults

    We did a guided drift boat fishing trip with Grant on the Kenai River. We caught multiple Sockeye and one Leopard Rainbow Trout. Grant was a fabulous guide, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He worked hard at teaching me how to fly fish, which was no simple task. We would do the same trip again without question!!

    Amazing Trip!

    River Bank Fly Fishing Half Day PM • 2 adults

    What an awesome experience. Grant put my wife and I on the best spot on the river and coached us both with a style of roll casting we had never done before. It led to my wife catching her first salmon ever! 10/10 would recommend.

    Our guide Jeff put us on the fish right away and helped me with my technique for hook setting with the coho. I lost count, but caught between 5 and 10 coho and one pink... had a blast! 😃

    Grant and Jeff were awesome! They gave our group of ladies each a personalized lesson in fly fishing and we left with a bunch of dollys and even caught some salmon that we released. Great trip, highly recommend!

    This was a trip with my son, we are both intermediate fly fishermen. Captain Ron was the best guide we’ve ever had. He was fun to talk to, he’s a teacher, he knows his stuff and is willing to share it. We caught small fish, medium fish and big fish. Best oart was we did it at our pace, in the boat, out of the boat, captain Ron was in no hurry, he guided the best day with me and my son. Thanks again, Ron!
