NO! NO! NO! Trust me Do not book!!! Slow boat, exhaust issues, it appeared that the crew was inexperience.  I have been fishing on different boats but this by far was the worst fishing trip.

The deck hand does everything then hands you a rod when a fish is on. It’s like being a 5 year old going fishing with your dad. I thought the deckhand didn’t like us very much. He was kind of a jerk. We caught fish. That was cool. We hired a different charter 2 days later and it was way better.

The fishing trip was very unproductive and we trolled for 7-hours and caught 1 fish. They only changed lures and different depth tactics 3-times. I have been on other deep sea fishing trips and if fishing is sow they will try several baits, lures and locations. I understand fishing isn’t always successful but as we docked and seen the other boats that were coming in, they had fish!!

I have heard the same excuses for years. Too cold too windy full moon too this too that blah blah blah 5 hour boat. No fish not even a hit. Should have stayed home and saved myself $600!  I expected the captain to be honest and reschedule. They knew that fishing would be difficult. They knew full moon and high winds would hinder bite. They told me fishing for marlin was about 5 miles off shore but tried to fool us into thinking we were marlin fishing less than a mile off beach. Never again.... More
