I am sorry that you feel that you did not have a good experience, as you know that is why we call it fishing and not catching.  We were unlucky that day as the following day we caught fish.  The local fisherman 99% of the time catch with nets and so are taking alot of the fish out of the ocean and we have the fisheries ZNZ department looking to this.
You had booked out best Sports fishing boat Baloo which is in top condition as she has just returned to the ocean after being out for routine maintenance in the low season.  Happy to hear that the captain and crew tried everything to get you some fish.  Apologies that myself or the owner were not around when you arrived as we were in a meeting with a hotel for setting up an office.
