If the weather is too windy & you are still able to catch fish (even when nobody on other boats are being successful), you should rebook for a calmer day if you are able or persist & see what you can get in the bay. If you can wait & want the “full lake” experience with more fishing variety - rebook.

I would highly recommend choosing a boat and Captain that fit your needs. Our Captain was amazing! Communication prior to the trip was phenomenal! He went above and beyond. Allows yourself to truly experience all the lake has to offer and don’t be afraid to ask questions! Wear clothing in layers, pack snacks and enjoy! It’s a lot of fun!

This was our first time fishing on Superior. I've been to Alaska, I've been to fly in outposts in Canada... Those were Guys' trips.... This was a family friendly outing. I caught lake trout. That was my ambition. Mission accomplished.
Thanks Tim!

Go with Hammer Time Charter. Captain Mike is so friendly & will do everything he can to see that you have the best experience possible.

Fishing was a tad slow today but we did have some storms the night before so that might have had something to do with it

Hard fishing in July. One fish in 10 hours. Not Captain's fault. Fish just not biting. Looking forward to cool weather fishing.

Book an afternoon trip to see the most beautiful sunset as you are pulling back into docks.
