definitely go with blue knuckle Captain Chris was amazing. We caught limits of rock cod and three Ling cod plus my PB halibut, which flopped out of the net and Captain Chris almost fell in the water, saving the fish. He put his body on the line, amazing ๏ฟผand when the bite slowed down for about the last hour of the day, he even took my wife whale watching he went above and beyond one of the best charter trips Iโve ever been on ๏ฟผ!๏ฟผ

Follow the Captainโs suggestions, take water, just snacks, layers of clothing and be ready for a fun trip. We took Dramamine the night before and the morning of and we did not experience any sea sickness.

The main thing is just know where your gate it! I was Thankful that Captain Steph is a quick responder!

We fished in Carmel. The meeting place was in Marina and once meeting and chatting we decided Carmel was where we wanted to fish. Lauren let us choose.

Definitely wear warm clothes in the morning. It was like 55ยฐ and windy. So wear layers so you can shed throughout your trip definitely worth it. Weโve seen whales and seals great experience.

Pay for parking. It was dark when we arrived so I didn't notice it was pay parking only. There is a small kiosk to pay that is not close to Dock H and the fine is steep at $50.
