Dave and his friends had a great day catching Sanish Mackerel around the passes. Lots of action for this early in the year.

Joe Fox and friends had some tired arms after our trip on Saturday, Nov. 10. We headed out to Clearwater Reef and trolled for Spanish mackerel. Weather was good, but wind and seas were building all morning. As you can see, we had a good day--probably released as many as we caught!

After riding all over the GOM today, David and Melissa finally hit some hot Spanish Mackerel action off of Clearwater Beach today. We got into a school of Spanish but there were a few kings that decided to raid their catch before it got to the boat. Thats when we got out the stinger rigs!!

Jerry and the Baker family spent the day trolling for Spanish mackerel on the local artificial reefs. We had an excellent day!

We were doing some bottom fishing near the Redington Long Pier (now closed, but still great structure) with Trevor and Melissa Yates and their kids. Low and behold Trevor puller in this little shark. The kids got a big kick out of dad’s shark!!

Dan, along with his two sons (Isaiah and Atticus), dad and brother-in-law, had a fine day fishing aboard Gone Coastal this week. We trawled along the shoreline and picked up a couple of really nice-sized Spanish Mackerel. Then we went out to one of the county artificial reefs and caught all the white grunts we could handle. The water was so clear, you could actually watch the grunts eat your bait down on the reef
