Today’s charter was fantastic! First fish caught in 5 minutes and we picked throughout the trip. Then, bang! Capt. Chris hooked sometbing big, turned rod over to a young fisher while Capt. Chris grabbed the net, and Wow! A huge flounder! It was a total team effort! Everyone caught. Weather was calm. Ocean was 73 degrees. Water, not so clear, but there was catching and good conversation! That’s the best trip! Hope ya’ll come back in 2026!

We started trip wondering if wind, light rain and fog would make it a bust, but like Jersey weather, it changed an hour later and then changed an hour later, again, LoL. Surprise! This crew started catching 5 minutes into the trip and it was pretty constant as we spot-hopped and switched up baits. Plenty of action on an incoming green water. No keeper flounder boated, but catching is catching: Sea Bass, flounder, Dogfish, Kingfish and Sea Robins. We missed some, too. Note: Some people pay hundreds more to go out to a reef and find NO catching, at all. They spend 60-90 minutes of their trip on a boat ride, risking getting seasick and lots of snags. Our 2-3 hour inlet charters are 99% successful, close to port, more affordable and you spend as much or more time fishing as a four hour charter. Today, was proof of that. We started in the fog, caught like helland ended in the Sun, still catching like hell. Everything clicked, today! Water was clear and this crew was ready to fish! Awesome day!

The NNE wind was blowing hard…again, so it hurt Fluke fishing. Plan B: We picked up some other fish, instead. But, that spot had us going up and down with some four foot rollers. Two hours isn’t a lot of time, but we moved around and had full Sun, warm air, good tunes and a great bunch of guys. It was a nice charter on a Summer day!

We had a near perfect charter, today! Flounder, Sea Bass and sharks were caught. The weather was a 10 ourts 10! I heard the reef was not producing, but we didn’t spend 30 minutes yo drive out there…?. All these fishers caught their first fish, today. Congratulations!!!

We fished on an unexpected windy day and this young fisher fought and landed this large Dogfish. On light gear, this fish was a handful for a first-time saltwater fisher. Congratulations!!!! ????
