The weather is cooling off and the trout are starting to work in close. Best time of year to get on a mixed bag

The past two weeks have been busy but i managed to go chase some flounder close. I have been using big live shrimp around structure with some good flowing water. As you can see, the bigger white trout have shown up as well. There is nothing tastier then a fish fry of fresh white trout. A few photos from three quick trips.

This morning was a little rough getting to the fishing grounds but the gamble paid off. There was plenty of bait and lots of birds working. Sometimes you have to get wet to get the fish.

I had a few trips last week. The sleckled trout are still biting pretty well and your white trout are mixed in as well. Now is a great time to get in on the action before school starts back.

The fishing is still lretty good around the barrier islands.

The fishing has been pretty hot when we can dodge the weather. I have a few dayes left open in july. Give me a call and lets get after them.
