Good catches of Spanish mackerel this week hope thats a sign of things to come. Coastal sharks have moved back in and thats been an added bonus. Great fun in light tackle. Ribbon fish are snapping just outside the inlet. False albacores have been more day today not always around. That’ll change in September and October they’ll thicken up

False albacores to 10lbs are showing up day to day depending on water temp. Plenty of coastal sharks this week sharpnose a few hammerheads and small blacktips. A couple of cobia releases due to undersize. Spanish bit good several days this week as well.

Still having plenty of action on ribbon fish which are strange looking but have a very white meat and very tasty. A few false albacores and when the water is warm sharks in various sizes. Not many Spanish mackerel. But we have been bending the rod!!!

Had a good showing of false albacores recently. Caught 16 this morning 7/20 to 10lbs. Plenty of ribbon fish biting,strange looking fish but a white meat very mild tasting fish. Had a good all day trip on the triggerfish and sea bass. Not many Spanish mackerel just a few most days. Some big red drum to 45lbs were landed this week i missed them though. Thanks Devin

False albacores up to 10lbs are starting to trickle in. A few Spanish mackerel and blues along the beaches. I had a couple days on the coastal sharks but thats been hit or miss depending on how much bait is around. Plenty of ribbon fish.
