The weather has been a constant battle but we got out on several trips last week. We landed some very nice sea bass a few keeper grey trout small sharks and a nice slot red drum. All on spinning tackle. Conditions are to improve this week with a SW wind flow which will warm the water and get the migration on from the South.

New bottomcoat, stern is waxed, new zincs and back in the water! Over the next month with some warmer weather we’ll paint along on the topside. Ill be back at Oregon inlet fishing center this Friday ready to go fishing!

Working on tackle and painting on the boat right now but only 3 more weeks until we get back in ghe ocean! Thank the lord, I’m over this cold wet weather and ready to wet a line. Getting calls daily now and the bookings are picking up. If u want to fish oceanside inshore we’re the boat for you, wreck troll,sight cast,bottom fish,live bait ,shark fish i do it all through out the summer. Heres some photos from this past summer. We land most all of the inshore species at time from red drum and cobias to blues and Spanish,amberjacks and sharks, sea bass and triggerfish to albacore’s and kings. Just depends on the day and time of season. Tyes of fish change monthly as the water temp changes. Let’s roll

I start off the season here on the outer banks of NC on April 1st. The first 2 weeks we hit the wrecks for sea bass, tautog and other wreck fish while dropping with spinning tackle. We also encounter alot of smallcoastal sharks at that time, white meat very good esting. The last 2 weeks we see bluefish and some red drum show up as well as larger sharks that we drift for at times. The wreck fishing remains good then as well. Get a warm April and we can bend the pole!
