Peter got a fishing trip for his 10th birthday! Decided to bring his brother Colton and step dad Chase along for the day. At 10 years old Peter is what we call a “good stick”. He has fishing skill, patience and determination well beyond his years. He absolutely crushed fish all day! Chase was very consistent all day long only boating the targeted species - smallmouth bass. Both of them caught their personal bests including a couple beasts! Colton was a story unto himself. He started off not catching a thing for almost the first two hours. Tough on an 8 year old when your dad and brother are doing so well. But, after a little moaning and groaning he settled in and began his own personal onslaught! He boated his biggest fish ever! The look on his face was precious as some of the fish fought so hard he could barely turn the reel handle! Mom (Heather) should be very proud of her guys. Very polite, smart and friendly young men. It was a blast having them on board!
