This week, Scot reached out looking to treat the family to a day on the water and they showed up ready for action. We kicked off the morning aboard the Pathfinder 2300 HPS, rods rigged and eyes on something big. After a quick swing and a miss, the next hookup was no joke, a massive 38” snook that absolutely crushed the bait. The action didn’t stop there. From start to finish, it was a double-digit day filled with laughs, tight lines, and a mix of hard-fighting species. Just the kind of trip memories are made of.

Billy gave me a call earlier in the week his buddy Donnie and the family were in town and looking to lock in a memory they wouldn’t forget. The target? Big snook. We rolled up to the first spot, tossed out the first bait, and BOOM, instant chaos. The bait hadn’t been in the water more than a second before it got absolutely smoked. Drag peeled, rods bent, and the crew was locked into a full-blown snook showdown. A stunning 33” side-liner that gave us a battle to remember. The energy never let up. Between the epic fights, high fives, and nonstop action, it was the kind of day that etches itself into memory. Can’t wait to get this crew back on the water next year!

Had an epic morning on the water with Bruce and his crew, who were visiting and eager to see what the Ponce Inlet nearshore bite had to offer. We fired up the Pathfinder 2300 HPS, shot through the inlet under bluebird skies. We hugged the beach south past the jetty. Slick calm seas set the stage for nonstop action—weakfish lit up the bite early, followed by a doormat flounder and the surprise of the day: a hammerhead that hit like a freight train. Rods bent, smiles wide, and memories made. What a day!
