Trip Summary

Spent the last couple of days targeting reds as the trout are being difficult. Found some down river. Had a blast catching reds, flounder, sheepshead and gar all in one spot.

Fished this couple from Missouri. We fished down river and had a hard time finding a good bit but manages a colorful box of a bass, reds, flounder and speckled trout. Picked up and moved to the gulf side to a black drum hole to experience some big pulls. Always an adventure!

8-2 and 8-3-25 Fishing Report

We chased reds for 2 days fishing the marsh and reefs. We caught some nice slots from 18 to 25 inches, some unders and several bulls. The largest was 20 lbs. The weather this weekend was unpredictable at best causing us to dodge some pop up storms and delaying start times but we got the fishing done.
